SIENA ALTAR BREAD

The Altar Bread Ministry began in the year 2006. We bake altar bread to meet the need of the church in our locality, Gusau (Sokoto Diocese) and beyond. This altar bread is present to the priests who in turn offer it to God and then given to the people who are communicants (the body of Jesus Christ) during Holy Mass, for the nourishment of their souls.

We bake altar bead of different sizes. We have the small size for consumption by the faithful. We have the large size for the priest and the larger size also. The largest size is used for special Mass like, Ordination of priests, Chrism Mass etc.
