A happy celebration of Srs. Augusta Nyong, O.P. and Nkechi Odum, O.P., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Gusau, Zamfara State.
The bishop emeritus of Sokoto Diocese, Most Rev Kevin J. Aje was the chief celebrant, assisted by the representative of the bishop of same diocese (Most Rev. Matthew H. Kukah), the Vicar (administration) - Very Rev. Fr. Nuhu Illaya as well as many other priests from within and outside the diocese.
The chief host of the day was our Prioress General, Sr. Jacinta Nwaohiri, O.P., ably suported by her sisters. Also present was Sr. Rita Schwarzenberger, O.P., a sister of the dominican Sisters of Peace, U.S.A.
Family memebers, friends and relations and parishoners also graced the occasion.
We thank our dear Lord for a successful celebration.
